In the case of direct commissioning of heir investigations by probate courts, the case processing is carried out at our office's own economic risk and the estate is not charged with costs.

In this case, the usual success fee rates determined by the case law will be charged, which, depending on the case, are between 10% and 33% of the estate. The success fee is agreed with the determined heirs and only arises if it is possible to prove the right of inheritance and to bring the estate to the heirs for distribution.
